What are your products made of?
Our products use pet-safe, durable materials — food-grade silicone for lick mats, washable fleece for snuffle mats, and soft-bristle, vet-recommended designs for grooming and dental tools.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 6–13 business days to Canada. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada. Please note that customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us at info@lavenzahill.com to initiate a return.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible at info@lavenzahill.com.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received it within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Are these products safe for all cats?
Our enrichment and grooming products are designed for cats of all ages and sizes. If your cat has specific health needs, we recommend checking with your veterinarian first.
